1. Purpose

This Licenses page explains the intellectual-property rights and permissions relating to content available on https://flexewo.com/. It does not grant a licence to occupy or use a flexewo workspace; workspace and service rights are governed by the relevant booking, quotation or agreement.

2. Ownership of Website Content

Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its original texts, graphics, photographs, videos, illustrations, layouts, documents, software elements, logos and other content are owned by or licensed to flexewo. All rights are reserved under applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

3. Limited Permission to Use the Website

flexewo grants visitors a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable permission to access and view the Website for personal information or legitimate internal business evaluation. This permission does not transfer ownership and does not include a right to reuse content commercially.

6. Third-Party Materials

Some photographs, fonts, icons, software, videos, documents or other materials may belong to third parties and may be used by flexewo under licence or other lawful permission. Ownership remains with the relevant rights holder. The presence of third-party material on the Website does not grant users a right to reuse it.
Third-party names, marks and logos remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not necessarily imply endorsement or partnership unless flexewo expressly states otherwise.

7. Materials Submitted to flexewo

The person retains ownership of submitted material. They grant flexewo a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free permission to store, reproduce and use it only as reasonably necessary to review the request, provide the relevant service, prepare agreed communications or materials, maintain records and comply with legal obligations. flexewo will not publish submitted material for promotional purposes unless this has been separately agreed or authorised.

8. Permission Requests and Copyright Concerns
