Terms Of Service

Last updated: August 2026

1. Introduction and Acceptance

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you request, book, purchase or use a flexewo service, additional service-specific terms, a quotation, order form, membership plan, house rules or written agreement may also apply. If there is a conflict, the signed agreement or confirmed quotation will prevail for the relevant service.

2. About flexewo Services

flexewo provides flexible workspace and business-support solutions. Depending on availability and the offer selected, these may include coworking access, dedicated desks, day offices, dedicated office spaces, private offices, meeting rooms, event spaces, business addresses, virtual-office services, memberships, telephone answering, secretarial support, business-process outsourcing and tailored business-support services.

The precise scope, availability, access conditions, duration, price and included benefits of a service are those stated in the applicable webpage, quotation, booking confirmation, order form or written agreement. A description on the Website does not guarantee availability or constitute a binding offer until flexewo confirms the request.

3. Eligibility and Authority

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase or use a service. If you act for a company or another organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act on its behalf and to bind it to the applicable agreement.

4. Permitted Use of the Website

You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • interfere with, damage, disable or overload the Website or its supporting systems;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, accounts, servers or data;
  • introduce malware, malicious code or other harmful technology;
  • use automated tools to extract Website content without written permission;
  • impersonate another person or submit false, misleading or fraudulent information; or
  • use the Website in a way that infringes another person’s rights or violates applicable law.

5. Enquiries, Bookings and Service Confirmation

Submitting a contact form, requesting availability or asking for a quotation does not by itself create a reservation or service contract. A booking or order becomes effective only when flexewo issues a written confirmation and any required deposit or payment has been received.

You must provide accurate and complete information and promptly notify flexewo of any changes. Availability may change before confirmation. flexewo may refuse or cancel a request where information is incomplete or inaccurate, payment is not received, the intended use is unlawful or inappropriate, or operational or safety requirements cannot be met.

6. Prices, Taxes and Payment

Prices and taxes are applied as stated in the relevant quotation, booking confirmation, invoice or service agreement. Unless expressly stated otherwise, additional services, equipment, consumption, overtime, damage, replacement items and third-party costs may be charged separately.

Payment methods, due dates, deposits, security deposits and late-payment consequences are specified in the applicable commercial document. flexewo may withhold confirmation, access or delivery of an affected service until the required payment is received, subject to applicable law and the relevant agreement.

7. Cancellations, Changes and Refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling, early termination and refund conditions depend on the service selected and will be stated in the applicable quotation, booking confirmation, membership terms or written agreement. Where no specific rule has been communicated, the parties must agree any change in writing. No refund entitlement should be inferred from the Website alone.

8. Use of Workspaces and Services

Customers, members, visitors and authorised users must comply with applicable law, safety instructions, access procedures, occupancy limits and flexewo’s house rules. They must use the premises, equipment, internet access and services responsibly and must not disturb other users, damage property, conduct unlawful activity or create a health, safety or security risk.

The customer is responsible for the conduct of its employees, guests, contractors and other persons it invites. The customer may be charged for loss or damage caused by them, except for normal wear and tear

9. Business Address and Virtual-Office Services

Business-address, mail-handling, telephone-answering and virtual-office services are subject to identity checks, supporting documents, regulatory requirements and a separate written agreement. These services do not transfer ownership or tenancy rights in the premises and may not be used for unlawful, misleading or unauthorised activities.

The customer remains responsible for its legal registrations, tax obligations, regulatory filings, correspondence and instructions. flexewo may suspend an affected service where required documents are missing, information is inaccurate, payment is overdue or continued performance could breach applicable law.

10. Third-Party Services

Some services may depend on independent providers, such as payment, connectivity, delivery, technology, maintenance or specialist service providers. Where flexewo arranges a third-party service, the applicable quotation or agreement will state whether flexewo is acting as the service provider or as an intermediary. Third-party terms may apply.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites. flexewo does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its original content, design, graphics, photographs, logos, documents and other materials are owned by or licensed to flexewo and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to users.

You may view the Website for personal or internal business information. You may not reproduce, publish, modify, sell, license, distribute, scrape or commercially exploit Website content without prior written permission. The name and logo flexewo may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation or authorisation without written consent.

12. Information and Content Submitted to flexewo

You remain responsible for information, documents, images and other materials you submit. You confirm that you are authorised to provide them and that their use for the requested service will not infringe another person’s rights or violate the law.

You grant flexewo a limited, non-exclusive permission to use submitted materials only as reasonably necessary to review your request, communicate with you, provide the requested service, comply with legal obligations and maintain appropriate business records. flexewo does not acquire ownership of your materials.

13. Website Availability and Accuracy

flexewo aims to keep the Website accurate and available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every description is complete, current or error-free. Website content may be corrected or updated. In the event of an inconsistency, a confirmed quotation, booking confirmation or signed agreement takes precedence over general Website information.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, flexewo is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising solely from use of or inability to access the Website, reliance on unconfirmed Website information, or the acts and systems of independent third parties.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Liability relating to a purchased service will also be governed by the applicable quotation, booking confirmation or service agreement.

15. Suspension and Termination

flexewo may restrict Website access or suspend an affected service where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, a security or safety risk, material breach, missing regulatory information or overdue payment. Where appropriate, flexewo will notify the customer and allow a reasonable opportunity to remedy the issue, unless immediate action is required by law or for safety or security.

16. Privacy and Cookies

Personal information is handled as described in the flexewo Privacy Policy. Cookies and similar technologies are addressed in the flexewo Cookie Policy. Those policies form part of the information provided to Website users.

17. Changes to These Terms

flexewo may update these Terms to reflect changes in services, technology, law or business practices. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Changes will not retroactively alter a confirmed service agreement unless permitted by that agreement or required by law.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Benin. The parties should first attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith. If no amicable solution is reached, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Benin, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

19. Contact

Questions about these Terms may be sent through the Contact page at https://flexewo.com/ or by email to info@flexewo.com.
